4. You received a product that is different from the product shown or described on our store.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a return or replacement.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Change-of-mind returns are currently not accepted.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the applicable payment method or another agreed method.
